Lots to Tell!

Well, lots has happened in the last few days! On Sunday, Ascher decided he wanted to roll over, from stomach to back! Yeah! And just to confirm, he has done it several times since, even rolling off the ottoman! Ascher also went to the park for the first time! He played on the diggers, slides, and steering wheels! I must admit though, I think Immer had more fun on the toys than Ascher did. Ascher has also started trying "big boy" food. He is teething, so I have given him frozen bananas, which is going, well....Going. He's not sure what to do with it, and is unsure of the taste of them. He has also learned to walk while sitting in his walker. He definitely enjoys the ability to move!(which just means I need to get gates ASAP!) Other than that, Immer is staying very busy with work, yeah!, and is starting to plan his website. As for me, I am planning my Christmas baking list, figuring out how much and by when, and enjoying time with the baby. Our neighbors are having a competition going as to who can National Lampoon's the best, so we are off to get lights and other such decorations to blow them out of the water! Wish us luck!

Happy Turkey Day!

Yesterday we enjoyed a wonderful day, and meal, at my Grandma's house. The entire family was there, and we had lots of fun. Ascher got to see all his cousins, including the latest addition, baby Cannon! It was really fun to watch all the babies interacting and playing together. It won't be long until they are chasing each other around the yard instead of poking at each other!

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Ascher

We are trying to teach Ascher to sit, since rolling over isn't working. From the looks of it, we're not doing a great job of that either! As for everything else, we have finally gotten Immer's new desk put together and his computer here. It won't be long until everything is where it needs to be and is ready for more business. The next project to tackle is the bathroom....Which we are afraid of and are trying to push off for as long as possible. We are looking forward to Thanksgiving this year, with all the cousins and family....And of course Grandma's stuffing! I have to make an apple pie, I hope it's going to be enough! Immer's excited, he loves pie!

An Early Thanksgiving

Last Sunday we took a trip to Wisconsin for an Early Thanksgiving. Ascher finally met his cousin Nathan! He is so big! Ascher wasn't too sure about what was happening, as was Nathan. But after a while, they accepted each other and both fought for either parents attention. I can't wait till our family Thanksgiving, with many more children and competition!
