Boo-Boos

Well...it's the first boo-boo of the season. Ascher and I were walking around the house when he took a spill. He scraped both knees, and didn't even cry! But occasionally, he will look for a little sympathy by saying his boo-boo hurts. He's turning into such a little tough guy!

Oh Cupcake

Our neighbor really likes hanging out at our house, and one day she wanted to make cupcakes. So, I broke out the ingredients and the cookbook and let her at it. She made them from scratch, and they turned out really well! Then we decorated them in fun colors and sprinkles and shared them with the neighbors! Ascher kept asking for one, but I knew he wouldn't like it. So finally I gave him one....and well....you can see what happened. He just didn't like the icing, so now I just give him the cake. And I get the good stuff!

First Day at the Park

We actually got a really nice day recently, and we hit the park with the neighbors. Ascher enjoyed himself, and really liked the swings. He went down the slides once, but really just liked walking around and playing with the sand.

Painting

Ascher likes to color, so I decided to let him paint. Well, he really enjoyed it, and did some really great artwork for the kitchen. But he didn't like getting dirty.

Yellow Chair

Ascher really likes this yellow chair....but unfortunately, he thinks its like his rocking chair upstairs. So, a few minutes after this photo was taken, Ascher started rocking, and he fell backwards, getting his head stuck between the table and high chair. Needless to say, that chair is in my closet where it can no longer be rocked.

Double Trouble

Immer's Grandmother passed away a few weeks ago....which meant the entire family was brought together. Mitzi and Nathan made the drive down, and Ascher even got to meet Immer's Aunt Chris from California! It was fun being all together, but unfortunately for a sad reason. Hopefully we will all be able to get together soon for a happier occasion.
